Contacting us by email

A specific processing activity concerns messages users send to contact our company and ask about our products. As well as the contact form, users may send emails. Gasulla Comunicació S.L. uses Gmail (Google) for this purpose. Messages are stored in Gasulla Comunicació S.L.'s Gmail account, and the corresponding details (email address and name) are subject to Google's privacy policy. Data stored in Gmail is not transferred or shared with anyone; you may exercise your statutory rights as described in this policy.

Who will receive your data?

We use FormSubmit, an external provider, to handle enquiries. It receives the form data and sends it to xavi@gasullacom.com. You can consult its policy at https://formsubmit.co/privacy.pdf The service may involve processing outside the European Economic Area; its policy describes the applicable conditions.

External YouTube videos are loaded only when that category is authorised in the cookie manager and a user requests playback. Google then receives connection data and may use cookies or identifiers in accordance with its policies.

Gmail: messages sent by users to contact us are stored in this service.

Browsing

The server may log technical connection data needed to serve and protect the website, such as the IP address, date and requested resource. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and enquiries successfully sent only if you authorise the analytics category. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw through “Cookie settings”. Google may process usage information, technical data and cookie identifiers, including outside the European Economic Area under its terms. We do not send names, email addresses, company details or enquiry text, or enable Google Signals or personalised advertising. We also measure contact clicks, services and projects viewed, gallery openings and form starts, without reading form fields. Campaigns may be identified using UTM tags without personal data. To count an interaction when changing pages, we may keep it in sessionStorage for up to 30 seconds, only with analytics permission.

Fonts and images are hosted on this website. Browsing does not load Google Fonts.

Data confidentiality and security

www.gasullacom.com undertakes to use and process users' personal data confidentially and in accordance with its purpose, to fulfil its duty to safeguard it and to take the necessary measures to prevent alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access in accordance with current legislation.
